Drawn in the open.

Every draw is reproducible from public randomness. This page lists what was drawn and lets you recompute it.

JavaScript is off, so the list cannot load here. The full record is JSON at /api/winners. The method is on the right, and every field you need to recompute a draw is in that file.

How the winner is picked

The promotion period is one calendar month, UTC.
The seed is the NIST Randomness Beacon pulse published at 00:00:00 UTC on the 1st of the following month (its outputValue). If NIST is unavailable, the seed is the hash of the first Bitcoin block whose header timestamp is at or after that instant.
Take every eligible entry ID for the month, sort ascending (plain JavaScript sort, by code unit), and remove duplicates.
Build the message: the seed value, a newline, then the sorted IDs joined by newlines. UTF-8, no trailing newline.
SHA-256 the message. Read the 64 hex characters as one integer.
Winner index = that integer mod the entry count. The winner is the ID at that index in the sorted list.

Algorithm: sha256-mod-v1
Seed: NIST beacon · 00:00 UTC, 1st
Fallback: First Bitcoin block after
Draw runs: 12:00 UTC, 1st

Steps 3 to 6 are in /api/winners as data. Anyone with the seed and the ID list gets the same answer.
